Trapezaki Bay Cottage

Just newly finished for 2015 this fabulous small house is ideal for a couple or couple and small child has been constructed and finished to the highest standards. Situated on the hillside above Trapezaki Bay in a quiet “access only” track, a mini market and several tavernas are within a few minutes walk.

Open sea views can be enjoyed from the pool area and terraces whilst a garden with grassed area and fragrant flowers surrounds the patio. The Cottage has its own private parking area (off the street) and a ramp leads down to the front door – infact the interior including the bathroom have been adapted to be wheelchair friendly .

Very attractive open plan sitting room and dining area with patio doors out to the main terrace offers comfortable seating and the beautifully fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Leading off this area is a door leading to the bedroom suite. A large bedroom with large double bed and plenty of fitted wardrobes, again leads out to the sea facing terrace. The en-suite shower room features an enclosed shower cubicle as well as a “roll in wet room shower” which can be used by a wheelchair user. The bathroom is large enough to move around inside and the doors are extra wide. However, nothing has been detracted from the quality of the fittings to provide this facility.

The bedroom is large enough to take a travel cot if needed.

The terrace offers comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor dining table and chairs in the shade as well as a comfortable sitting area and simple barbecue

As houses of this standard for just 2 people are very hard to find we feel sure that Trapezaki Bay Cottage will be very popular so early reservations are recommended!

Trapezaki Queen Villa

A very attractive newly built villa in a quiet side access road. This brand new house has been built to the highest standards and furnished and decorated in a modern/rustic style with sloping wooden ceilings, country-style furnishings but many modern touches.

A private parking area is provided for this villa and the villa sits in its own generous garden with a large grassed area, many flowers, and shrubs and has natural screening and fencing provided by trees and shrubs.

On the ground floor, the living room with its high wooden ceiling, fireplace and attractive furnishings is open plan with an attractive dining area and fully fitted open plan kitchen. This area has several patio doors opening onto the main front terraces and pool area.

Separated by a door the bedroom area offers one double bedroom ( double bed plus a single fold out sofa bed) with adjacent shower room, a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room ( both leading out to the sea facing patio and the pool). Upstairs the master suite offers a large bedroom with large double bed, walk-in wardrobes and an attractive en-suite shower room. This room also has its own private sea facing balcony where a morning coffee or evening drink can be enjoyed!

The main terrace is in front of the house and incorporates a built-in barbecue, Comfortable sitting furniture is provided as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs for meals al fresco. The pool looks over the garden and out to sea.

All in all a very attractive and excellently equipped house for a family or group of friends, this villa would also work well for 3 couples.
