The area of Trapezaki is located in the south-western part of the island. It is under the mountain Aenos, and with great view to the sea.
The beach in Trapezaki is a long sandy beach, which even during high season is never overcrowded. Along the seaside you can walk as far as Lourdas area.
At this beautiful area, the villa is located. It is 80 square meters on ground floor and may accommodate up to 6 people

The entrance leads into a big living room with a large couch and also the dining area next to a fire place.
On the left, we have the kitchen (fully equipped) and then the main bathroom and the two bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom (with sink, toilet, and shower), and the other bedroom a single bed and a semi-double bed.
The villa is surrounded by a garden with private terrace, and built-in barbeque where you may enjoy long evenings either sipping your cocktails or preparing a luscious meal.

Η περιοχή Τραπεζάκι βρίσκεται νότιο-δυτικά του νησιού (11 χιλ από την πρωτεύουσα το Αργοστόλι), στους πρόποδες του Αίνου και με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Ιονίου. Η παραλία που βρίσκεται εκεί, έχει ψιλή άμμο και μπορεί κανείς να περπατήσει παραλιακά μέχρι τον Λουρδά. Σε αυτή την όμορφη περιοχή βρίσκεται η βίλλα, 80 τ.μ., πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 6 άτομα.

Διαθέτει μεγάλο σαλόνι με γωνιακό καναπέ και τραπεζαρία δίπλα στο τζάκι. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, και το κυρίως μπάνιο έχει μπανιέρα και πλυντήριο ρούχων.
Έχει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, το κυρίως με διπλό κρεβάτι και δικό του μπάνιο, (με ντουζιέρα) και το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο με ημίδιπλο και μονό κρεβάτι.
Η βίλλα περιβάλλεται με κήπο, με γκαζόν και μικρά δέντρα, έχει χτιστό μπάρμπεκιου και σκεπαστή βεράντα με έπιπλα κήπου. |

L'area di Trapezaki si trova nella parte sud-occidentale dell'isola (11 km dal capoluogo Argostoli). Situata ai piedi del Monte Ainos gode di splendida vista sul Mare Ionio. La spiaggia di Trapezaki e una lunga spiaggia di sabbia fine lungo la quale e possibile passeggiare fino a raggiungere la localita di Lourdata.
In questa bella localita si trova la villa di 80 m.q, situata a piano terra, completamente attrezzata e puo ospitare fino a 6 persone.
La villa si compone di un ampio soggiorno con divano ad angolo e sala da pranzo con caminetto, cucina (completamente attrezzata), una camera da letto matrimoniale con proprio bagno, una camera da letto con letto ad una piazza e mezza e letto singolo.
